The Dragon Lord is a roaming Boss found in areas beyond Cinder Mountain Range.
Strategy[]
Dragon Lord is a very powerful enemy. Due to his dexterity his attacks hit very often. He is capable of dealing 60+ crits of both bludge and pierce, but these attacks are seperate attacks not a single multi damage attack. He is weak to bludge, his horns have a DR of 5-10 while his body has a DR of around 25.
To safely farm you should have a full set of gear at 95+ BC with 35+ effective DR for chest/legs. 90+ with 30+ effective br for the other pieces, though this is low end. A shield is a good option due to Dragonlord's strong ability to deal damage. A high damage bludge weapon (54+) prefered for weapon.
Your runner should focus on a dexterity of 8+ to help run from Dragonlord when required.
Gear recommendations: (Note: Because of the seperate attacks, GE/EG is better than GG.)
- Full set - Paladins, Adventurer Gear(Hard to get good stats), Surgical Gear.
- Chest/Legs - Xarukian Ornamental Armor, Demonic Armor.
- Alternatively - Protector's gear (or Archmage Robes for chests/legs) if you can't get the other gear.
- Shields - Visionary's Grimoire will do well. Alternatively Spiraling Stones or Heavy Steel Shields (Extra good rolls) can work.
Notes[]
- Dragon Blood Greatswords are a great all around 2h sword. They have very strong defensive stats and normally roll at least 54 max
- Dragon Blood Shirts are one of the best shirts in the game.
